I’ve been trying to push myself to get out and do the things I love more often. Since February, I have been suffering from one of the worst depressions I can remember. Not that I have been sad, but that I have been out of it. Not wanting to do anything. Not wanting to enjoy things. Just being here. Making through each day.
Since photography is one of my absolute favorite things, I thought maybe this would be what would bring me out of my funk. And, it has definitely helped.
I have been taking more photos and enjoying getting back into photography. I love finding beauty in every days things. I love editing the photos and sharing them with others.
I may not be back to 100%. I still have days that I don’t want to do anything at all. But, I am doing better. I’m trying, at least.
